We are pleased to offer flexible morning and afternoon hours. Our office staff will be happy help you book an appointment, and answer all questions regarding the new chiropractic patient process. Once you have booked your initial appointment, getting to the office is easy and accessible by car or public transit. We also have free parking onsite. Your First Chiropractic Visit
When arriving for your first appointment, you can rest easy in knowing that we have short waiting times to accommodate your busy lifestyle.
Your initial visit and examination will take 30-45 minutes. To better understand your past history and current needs, you will be asked to complete a Personal Health History Questionnaire before joining Dr. Listro. For your convenience, this questionnaire has been made available online and can be filled out at home and brought in at the time of your appointment. At your first visit, a thorough chiropractic examination will follow to help identify the cause of your concerns.
The examination will generally include:
- an Orthopedic, Neurological, Postural, and Spinal Examination
- a Thermo scan
- a Gait Scan Analysis
- X-Rays may be recommended if necessary
At the completion of your examination, you will be scheduled for your Doctor’s Report and Review of Findings.
Your Second Chiropractic Visit
Your second visit will take approximately 30 minutes. Its purpose is to review the results of your examinations, as well as to discuss your health goals and personal health history in detail. Dr. Listro subscribes to the philosophy that an informed patient is more active in their recovery. He is happy to answer all your questions, explain each examination and adjustment carefully, and walk you through your care plan step by step.
In providing his Doctor’s Report and Review of Findings, Dr. Listro will ensure that his service and recommendations for your care take a holistic view of your health patterns, current lifestyle and future health goals. His recommendations will be provided in a written report and treatment plan.
Important Insurance Information
Insurance providers often cover Chiropractic and Massage Therapy Services. This is also the case with certain Products when required by a care plan as mandated by a licensed doctor or chiropractor. Always make sure to check whether your needs are covered by an insurance providers.
Frequently covered items include, but are not limited to: Chiropractic Adjustments, Chiropractic Subluxations, Orthotics, Cervical Pillows.
